I proposed today

A train of thoughts

I sighed,

in the jewellery shop.

Should i get a band of gold

or an array of diamonds?

I proposed today

As she jumped up in joy

My stomach rolled and knotted

At the possibility of disappointment

being soo alive

yet so feable

I proposed today

We sat on a big stone

As i held a Big Stone

It felt like a hail storm

in the forest

without any forecast

I proposed today

Amidst the chaos

the fear

of the unknown

Lies the greatness

of the best union

I proposed today!
